1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jeta7 platform and all its services. They form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the entity operating jeta7 services ("jeta7").

By accessing jeta7's website, mobile application, or any digital channel, or by opening an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

jeta7 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms. For significant changes, jeta7 will notify members via their registered email or a platform notification.

The Bengali version of these Terms is the original and governing version. In the event of any conflict arising from translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and take part in any casino or betting activity on jeta7, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. jeta7 reserves the right to verify age and may request a government-issued ID when needed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. Any change in your details must be reported to the jeta7 support team promptly.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeta7 may at any time request a national ID, passport, or other government document to verify a member's identity. jeta7 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access until the verification process is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Keep your jeta7 login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify jeta7 immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your jeta7 account is strictly personal. Letting anyone else use it or selling it is strictly prohibited. If an account is transferred in any way, both accounts will be closed.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account with no activity for twelve consecutive months may be marked as inactive. In such cases, jeta7 will notify the member in advance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jeta7 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.

Deposits from third parties are not accepted. If a suspicious transaction is detected, jeta7 may hold the related funds until an investigation is completed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

jeta7 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawing while an active bonus is running may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jeta7 is fully committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be subject to investigation and the relevant authorities will be notified where required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The jeta7 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a total wager of ৳30,000 must be completed for a ৳1,200 bonus.

A bonus is not free cash — it is a conditional offer. Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has specific terms that must be read before claiming the bonus.
• No more than one bonus may be active on an account at the same time, unless jeta7 specifically permits it.
• Attempting to claim benefits from multiple accounts under the guise of bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
• jeta7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results on jeta7 are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours of playing.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server crash, loss of internet connection, or another technical issue, jeta7 will review the relevant records and take appropriate action. jeta7 reserves the right to void winnings resulting from a clear technical error.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and sports event, and these are displayed in the game interface. jeta7 reserves the right to adjust the betting limits for any member.

6.4 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change in real time. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned, unless the betting rules state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta7 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to bet or play games.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Colluding with other members to influence the outcome of a game.
• Attempting to breach or undermine the platform's security systems.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
